Phillip Gray was admitted to the Supreme Court of Tasmania and the High Court of Australia in 2000. Prior to establishing his own practice in 2003 he was employed as a barrister and solicitor in several local law firms and also worked for the Australian Securities and Investments Commission as a prosecutor and complaints manager. Phillip also draws from his experience as a police officer in the Tasmania Police between 1992 and 1998, particularly his time as a prosecutor at Southern Prosecution Services. Between 2003 and 2013, Phillip practised as a barrister and solicitor in the areas of general litigation, criminal and commercial law. Since 2013 he has been practising as a barrister and is a member of the Australian and Tasmanian Bar Associations.
